Monitoring compliance worldwide

Our RJC recertification cycle has started and it will cover ALL entities within the Rosy Blue Alliance How do we make sure every single Rosy Blue entity is understanding and implementing the RJC requirements? Every entity has appointed a local CSR compliance officer who is responsible for implementing compliance and tailoring global policies to local needs. We have a centralized internal audit system: the central CSR department will conduct a desktop review based on the reported performance on our CSR extranet. Each year SGS will pick a number of random entities to independently audit. This year 8 of our entities will be either undergoing external desktop review or an onsite audit to verify RJC compliance. We keep you updated on our progress!
